Proactive Care with Preventive Maintenance

Preventive maintenance is at the very heart of our maintenance of crane packages. We firmly believe in taking proactive steps to stop unexpected faults from happening and keep your machinery operating reliably. Our certified technicians follow strict maintenance of overhead cranes and hoist service schedules, performing crucial tasks such as lubrication, component replacements, calibration, and system testing. This proactive approach significantly reduces the risk of surprise breakdowns and optimises your equipment’s overall performance.

Peace of Mind and UK Regulatory Compliance

Opting for a Eurocrane maintenance package not only gives you peace of mind about operating efficiency but also fully meets your legal obligation for the regular maintenance of cranes as set out in the Provision and Use of Work Equipment Regulations (PUWER 1998). We provide an accurate crane service with detailed, compliant reports for your records.

The Intensive Multi-Point Check

Our service includes an intensive multi-point check where we inspect every mechanical and electrical component, such as wheels, brakes, contactors, and limit switches, then lubricate and adjust them as necessary. This detailed inspection is key to effective crane maintenance. Once the work is complete, you'll receive a comprehensive report via our portal detailing any defects found, along with our recommendations for repair or renewal.

Keeping you Informed

To ensure you never miss a scheduled visit, we prioritise clear, proactive communication. Four weeks before our planned crane servicing visit, we'll get in touch with a provisional date. This allows you to plan ahead, make any necessary arrangements, and ensure our team can easily access your facility during the visit. By keeping the lines of communication open, we focus on convenience and strive to provide a seamless service crane experience for all our customers.
